The H Frame is used to attach the ISO container during the loading and unloading maneuver. Since the ISO container lacks the hooks receptaple to be wrapped, the H Frame uses the corner blocks of the container to be docked and be able to be moved.
During the unloading maneuver of the container, this cylinder helps ease the initial lifting phase.
